Avira doesn't activate my license
RéponduHi, I've paid for a 5 devce suscription and I am unable to activate it. I'm logged in in my username but it's still Avira security.
There's no single button or option available to activate the license so I don't know what to do

Did you purchase the license in the Avira Online Shop?
Please log in to your Avira customer account with your access data: https://my.avira.com/de/auth/loginYour licence should be displayed under : https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans There you should see the green bottom "Install".
You can install the licence from there. When you purchase the licence, it will be activated to the email address that was used when you placed the order. https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010172218-Activate-your-Avira-license You will not receive a separate activation code.

We've done that, but the program still says Avira Free Security, not prime, and we don't have prime functions enabled

If you log in with the e-mail address with which the licence was purchased,
then it must be displayed in your customer account, otherwise the e-mail address is not correct. Is an old licence still activated there in your customer account?

The email address is correct. It’s the only account I have and I’m correctly logged in. On top of that, the service appears (and it was payed) until Dec 2021. But when I press the INSTaLL green button, nothing happens.

Hello! Thank you for your response.
I bought the first license on line a couple of years ago, and keep renewing it since then. On December, I received an email at gabyr@tfinancial.com.ar, telling me that the license was going to expire and that it would be automatically renewed. I was charged 99.99 us dollars at my VISA ending 2811.
In my Avira account all this appears: the new AVIRA PRIME suscription for 5 devices with the new expire date (12/27/2021), as well as a green button with the INSTALL option. I click it, it seems to start the installation process, but 2 minutes later, the only thing I get AVIRA FREE.
Yes, I´ve got another AVIRA ACCOUNT with another email address but, the last license I bought through it was in 2018.

In your customer account, the Prime licence is displayed under Subscriptions.
