Avira's Nag Screen cannot be closed

Hi,

 

In my home there is a machine which is not constantly connected to the internet. Thus I get a nag screen from Avira which cannot be closed. See picture.

Guys, you need to change this. Otherwise I do not see how I can continue using your (admittedly free) software if I have to log off the current user each time I work offline.

I know I am not paying for the product. Yet, having one uninfected machine more on the internet is less of a general risk and I thought you guys care about that.

  I've been having this same issue and can confirm it is caused by Avira as I have gotten the window to close by going through Task Manager and clicking 'End Task' on each of the "Avira Security (32 bit)" background processes until one of them closed the pop-up.

  
  This has shown up twice when I have woken my computer from sleep over the last week or so.

  It seems to grow larger over time! It's a shame if Avira won't resolve, it really is a pain.
