Why my avira crash when i open?
Why my avira crash when i open? i being forced to reinstall, why this occur?
My avira's app frooze and it never ''close'' unless if i delete the process with task manager, and i forced to go in desinstall programs to repair it, it happen every 1 month or 1 week, idk why.

- Which OS do you have installed? (exact version with all current updates?)
- Which Avira are you using?
- Did the installation ever work correctly?
- Did you change any settings?
Did you already do a manual installation instead of a repair?

I reccorded it, but now it's another problem https://youtu.be/DLyTII9skic (if u want i can make in streamable or something like this), and repair isn't working anymore, i don't know how to make my avira work, sorry saying a response too late
PS: the video don't show the ''no response'' cuz my reccorder can't reccord it, only show it freezing or something like this
and i can't use settings anymore cuz it freezed, i can't use anymore, i'm feeling atleast ''sad'' right now to be honestly, cuz i used it in 2015(as i remember and with the date of avira old file that i have) and i used in the start of my computer, i was too happy with the antivirus, if atleast you can say the solution of it, i continue with the hope of it working back, and as i remember there's only the settings to choose another language(i don't have a premium avira)
i don't know what avira i'm using, but it's in the last update as i remember, i don't know to recognize that, but i used avira phantom vpn only one time
(i use windows 7)
i don't know how to call with support without premium unless using this site.0
