Canceling my subscription

I figured out how to do this. You actually have to log into the Avira website to see your account. I purchased Avira for my iPhone. Since I purchased my subscription through Apple, what I needed to do was:
1. Open “Settings”.
2. Click on your name at the top.
3. Go down to “Subscriptions”
4. Find “Avira Mobile Security” and click on the “>” (the arrow on the right hand side.
5. Scroll all the way down to the bottom and click on Delete Avira Subscription”That’s it! All done and they shouldn’t take anymore payments. Mine was through PayPal, so if they do, you can send PayPal a screenshot of when you canceled.

The access data to the customer account should be known to the customer as well as an invoice with the transaction ID, if the payment was made via PayPal. We have no information nor access to your PayPal account.Does this information help you?
