    • Which macOS is installed on your system? (exact name + version number)
    • Which Avira version? (Standalone, VPN Free or Pro)
    • When was VPN installed and did it work?
    • Describe your installation of Phantom VPN? (Exact procedure)
    • For the Pro version, was the license purchased from Avira or the App Store?

    In addition, I would say that I totally agree with his expression : "seriously, avira?"

    So many years that I recommand your product to my customers, and now you just turn it in a trojan-like software ??? (the install process is exactly the same ; no choice, no advice..)

    That's just not acceptable for a security company.
