    Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is activated immediately.
    Please log in to https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home   with the email address with which the licence was ordered. This is particularly important if 2 email addresses are stored in the Avira customer account and one email address has not yet been verified.

    Questions about your licence or about Avira payment processing can only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR. Thank you for your understanding.
