Big Sur
I suggest that all Big Sur users ask Avira for a refund of their subscription as Avira has not been upgraded to this issue. The instructions to do so are meaningless and do not illustrate the correct screen shots in help. For some time now I have suspected the integrity of this product.

I completely agree. I am so disappointed by this product. I will have to return this product immediately!

I do not understand why Avira should be EOL for Mac OS? Do you know how to get a refund?

That's what they publish (end of life with MacOS Catalina). I am done with this company not even notifying customers in advance of the purchase. Lucky me that I had choosen the subscription that could be terminated monthly. I changed to another security product of another provider (Bitdefender) and I am fine now. Additionally I have contacted a German Agency for Customer Rights. They will take care of this kind making business.
If you want a refund I would recommend to contact the Avira customer support.

As I implied in my first post, I was not happy with this company. However they did give me an immediate refund. The stupid thing, is that within a few days of the refund I have had a 25% off offer to renew. No chance!!!! This company seems to be computer algorithm driven and there are no people involed in customer service except the one drawing the revenue.
