    With the data available to us, it is difficult to say why the installation failed and how to isolate the error.

    Please describe: 

    • Which operating system is installed (current with all updates?)
    • Which Avira version (Speedup single licence or in a bundle?)
    • What have you already used for troubleshooting?
    • Describe your installation (exact procedure, from the web or?)
