i bought Avira Prime for 5 devices on 2/7/2021. I downloaded. Why is it not on my devices?

    We cannot give you an answer to this question with the information provided.
    You have entered several e-mail addresses in your Avira customer account.
    Please log in with the email address in your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home , and under Subscriptions https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans 
    your licence should be displayed. If this is not displayed, then you are not logged in with the correct email address and the licence was not ordered with this email address.

    It is urgently necessary to log in to the customer account with the correct e-mail address. Your licence is only stored in the customer account with the e-mail address used when ordering.
    Check your access data to the Avira customer account. The licence will be activated immediately to the email address used during purchase. It is immediately displayed under Subscriptions in the customer account, and you can start this process immediately by clicking on "Install".

    Questions about your licence or about Avira payment processing can unfortunately only be dealt with by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with GDPR.
