Avira is blocking my camara

Evary time I install avira, I can't use my camara or microfone and I can't find a way to solve this. Normally I have to uninstall and reset my OS. Is that a way to solve this without having to uninstall?

ps.: Sorry if I write something wrong, my english isn't very good haha
