I purchased Avira Pro in Dec 2020 for one year. Why have you removed this from my account?

We cannot say why your licence is suddenly no longer activated.
Have you made any changes to your device?Have you tried to enter your access data again?
Please describe exactly whether your access data is still inserted and yet no Pro version is displayed.
Is it possible that several e-mail addresses are stored in the Avira customer account? Do you log in via e-mail or other access offers?If the error persists, please describe your procedure in detail. Thank you for your understanding.
