[BUG - 05/04/2021] No VPN connection possible
Dear Community,
Unfortunately, there is a bug in our Avira Phantom VPN app, which makes it impossible to establish a stable VPN connection.
Our developers are aware of this and are already working on an update for this. As soon as the QA check is done, the update will be distributed via the Google Play Store.
In the meantime, here are the workarounds:
- Reinstall the Avira Phantom VPN app (delete -> reinstall via the Google Play Store).
- Change the VPN protocol to "WireGuard" in the app's settings.
