I was charged for a renewal on Dec 31/21 and on Jan 5/22 I attempted to cancel my subscription. My subscription renewed Jan 3/22. I am requesting a refund for this product.
I have contacted Cleverbridge to assist me in this issue. I was told that you would contact me to complete my request. I am not getting anywhere with this. Please refund asap as I no longer require the subscription.
