My paid subscription is not added to my account.

Payment done on 24.04.2021 through apple bill.

  Have you already looked in your Apple customer account?
  If the invoice was sent via Apple Bill, then it should actually be stored in the Apple customer account.
  
  Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address entered during the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
  Unfortunately, only invoices purchased in the Avira Online Shop are displayed in the Avira customer account.
