Folder/File exceptions in RTP

Is there any timeline as to when Folder/File exceptions will be available for RTP?

Also is there a practical work around to make exceptions in the meantime?

  Hello Jim,

  This feature is already on our roadmap and also - while talking to you - in development. As soon as our dev. dept. is done with it, we'll release an update.

  Sadly, we cannot provide any deadline yet.
