Two factor SMS not working
Hi,
I have paid for the Premium service and have activated it in my Mobile phone and set the Two step authentication.
Now I want to install it in my desktop and I must login, but I never receive the SMS even though the 4 digits are correct in the pop up you send me.
I am using the invoiced email, and the same phone used in the registration.
Note: My phone is receiving other 2 step authentication SMS from other providers correctly.
I have asked to reset the email and did receive the email and have been able to change the password, but got stuck in the SMS again.
I can not open a ticket with the Invoiced user, as I CAN NOT Login!!!
Is there any way I can have human access to support without being logged?
Or at least interact per email or any other means with this newly created user, so that I can be properly answered?
