Payment not authorized, and it still charge my money!!!
I try to buy monthly avira, i miss click 4 time, it tell me Payment not authorized, and i check my bank account, it still charge my money, i lost rm90 in avira, how can i get back my money,
i dont want to upgrade my avira any more, please give back my money!!!
i cant even contact your support team!!!!! please tell me how to get back my money!!!

i cant even press the “Contact us here” , already try thousand time, how can get my refund or have any other way to get back money?, i dont have premium products licence, i just want to try 1 month, and get scammed Rm90, and its also didnt give me any thing.

i have the same probleme i have never used avira antivirus , and a payement was made from my bank account.
I have tried to contact support but it doesn't work

And i didn't have made that transaction .
Ps: i have notified my bank and if avira doesn't contact me ( because i tried to contact you and it doesn't work),
I will have to sue your compagny beaucause it's a fraude and shame on you
