Updating phone number
TerminéeI bought one-year plan and used my my other email address, when I try to login to my account with that email, it is sending sms verification codes to my old mobile phone number, is there any way to login my account and update the phone number?

Please log in with the e-mail address you used to order the license and the password you chose for this e-mail address. If you are correctly logged in to your customer account, you can change or update your access data from there.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address.If anything is still unclear, please let us know, and we will be happy to help.

The problem is I cannot login to my account using the email address I provided (a few years ago I used that email and my old phone number for Avira free trial and didn't use it after that), because it's sending the verification code to the my old phone number which doesn't exist anymore.
Is there anyway you can help me update my phone number on that account so that I can login?

Once again, log in to your account with the old e-mail address and the password you chose yourself, i.e. the old access data.
You prefer not to write an e-mail - you only use your access data to your customer account, which you have chosen yourself.

Hi mr. you could help me? I have two mobile phone and I have two emails. In the two the avira stored my email which I have bougt the Avira. Hoow I can do for mine second mobile has mine second e-mail in which I can not type anymore.
