[BUG - 26.05.2021] Avira Security for macOS - AV Guard UI not active after update to macOS 11.4 Big Sur

currently, under certain circumstances - which are already being analyzed by our developers - there is a bug that prevents AV Guard UI (real-time scanner user interface) from loading correctly. So, all services are up and running but seem to be inactive even as they are active.
Based on previous experience, a clean reinstallation after the update to macOS 11.4 (Big Sur) has already solved this problem.
To perform a clean reinstallation, please follow these steps:
- Start Avira Uninstall Tool (either search via Spotlight or via Finder).
- Restart the system
- Install Avira Security for macOS via download from the Avira customer account
If the error persists, don't worry! Our developers will provide an update on this as soon as possible.
