Got an email for Avira Premium
TerminéeI got an email for 97% off Avira Premium for 1 year today. I went online & paid for it. After going thru the ridiculous process of picking pictures that have things like steps, buses, & traffic lights, I get booted out & offered a different deal. I have a reference number for the payment I made, but of course Avira doesn't give me support because it says I don't have a paid subscription because it wouldn't let me download the Premium package that I paid for. What is going on with this software? I was content to use the free version, but figured I would try the Premium for a year & maybe keep that. How do get this resolved?

You write Avira Premium Package (?), we assume that you have purchased Avira Antivirus Pro.
Support is only possible with a valid, installed license, also via your customer account: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/support/tabs/support.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.
Please log in to your customer account with the e-mail address you used when placing your order at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home under Subscriptions your license will be displayed: https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans and with a click on Install this process can be initiated immediately. See illustrated guide:

I have the same problem as David. This reply from an unsigned Avira ,so called support person, did not give David a contact email. The is s/he refused to give him one. That says how unhelpful support is and how they only care about making money for themselves. I'm going to stop Avira and try Kaperski.
