I subscribed to the Ariva Prime and paid through my credit card in May of this year £85.99 was taken on May the 9th.
After nearly a month I have received nothing from your good selves as to how to register or the relevant key code in order to register, |I am only going to get 11 moths cover and not the full twelve months which I should be entitled

Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home with the e-mail address you used when placing your order. It is important to log in to your customer account with the correct e-mail address that was used when you placed your order, then your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions.

Each subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the e-mail address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this e-mail address. A key code is no longer used today, the license is immediately activated to your customer account, to the email address that was used during purchase.
