    Please log in to your customer account with the email address you used to purchase the license.
    You have 2 email addresses stored in your Avira customer account.
    If you are logged in with the correct email address, your license will be displayed in your customer account under Subscriptions.

    Is your new license displayed there?

    Did you purchase the license in the Avira Online Shop?
    Which Avira version is it?
    Is it an automatic contract extension?
    Is it a new purchase for a new installation?
