failure to get the Avir licence
on sunday 30minutes , I bought the new Avira licence for 59€ ;
but I didn't get the e-message from Avira to settle in the new logiciel

Is your new license displayed there?Did you purchase the license in the Avira Online Shop?
Which Avira version is it?
Is it an automatic contract extension?
