    Please never leave personal data or e-mail addresses in a publicly accessible forum. Never in a publicly accessible forum, an "user2user" forum, where anyone can read this: your e-mail addresses!

    You already had this question last year. Have you not updated your email addresses in your Avira customer account and the automatic renewal? Update your data in your Avira customer account so that your order or automatic licence renewal can be processed correctly. As a customer, you are even obliged to do so! You should (must) also make sure that your details are correct when automatically renewing your licence! The licence holder is responsible for providing the correct information!

    ho rinnovato l'abbonamento ad Avira Prime, ma il rinnovo mi è arrivato su un indirizzo mail che non ho più e non su quello del mio account Avira. Come posso fare per avere il rinnovo sull'indirizzo mail corretto? Grazie

    The email address currently stored in your Avira customer account can be used to ensure that the renewal email is sent to the correct address. 
    The owner of the Avira licence is obliged to enter correct information in his Avira customer account!

    Incorrectly entered data causes unnecessary work and time expenditure and can lead to the blocking of the Avira customer account, especially if these incorrect access data have also been known for a long time.

    If you have 2 email addresses in your Avira customer account and have changed them to 1 email address, please check whether you have also changed the email address for your licence in your renewal email. You say yourself that you no longer have it! So you have deleted the e-mail address yourself!     You have not provided any information about the renewal email address change! Have you really deleted your 2nd email address with the Avira licence on file?

    In your customer account, you will find a description of how to delete your email address with a licence on file, see: 
    "Delete account:
    You can delete your Avira account at any time. We will remove all of your data from our databases. This includes your purchase history, subscriptions, device information, etc. Keep in mind you won't be able to recover any of it. By deleting the account, your installed Avira products will not be removed. Our Free products will still protect you."
