account hacked slow response by support
TerminéeHi my names mark my account got hacked yesterday and the person has made a purchase of 68.99.
i've tried to contact support via my original email but i think you guys have blocked me or something. cant even access the support page anymore via that email
i had partial access to my account via my ariva app where i kept on removing the hackers devices and changed his name to hacker suck it from the name he changed it to which was xxxxxxx xxxxxx in which his response was to remove my device as he now have majority control which ment i was completely locked out. he then changed the name toxxxxx xxxxxxxx
this is really bad customer support guys and its been a day and a half and i still haven't had my access restored and been refunded. i now dont even have access to my original avira product.
here is proof that my email was changed by the hackers and the proof he made purchases of 68.99
could someone give me a working number for the uk to get hold of someone from support or get this to someone whos actually going to help and not block me from the support page because they've seen there ass cause i am panicking.
