Can't create password

Hi,

apparently i don't have a password.. I never registered, i can access my account via link from communication from Avira. On my Account section the password bit is empty hence i can't create a new one there. I cannot register as there's already an account under my email address (mine) and when i request a password change i get a broken link in picture format that i cannot click on.

What do I do?
