Why does my Avira dashboard incorrectly show the apps are not installed?
Hello,
Why does my account show that my Avira apps (antivirus & VPN) are NOT installed?
I purchased Avira Prime (v1.6.0) and installed it on my Macbook Pro (Big Sur). The antivirus and VPN appear to work and the license status is "prime" or "pro".
I have two other devices set up (both Windows 10) and my account shows installation is 100% successfully completed.
Any advice or an explanation would be much appreciated.

I have the same problem and have not been able to find a solution. Any help with this would be appreciated.

Sometimes removing the apps will refresh the status correctly, but it doesn't work always with success.

I am also having these issues, I've tried reinstalling all the apps multiple times, resetting all permissions, and nothing seems to update my account to correctly display that I have the Antivirus or VPN installed.
