    We do not fully understand your statements (only a single option in setting):

    Could you find a way to prevent this from occurring, since there is only a single option in settings, which is the language selection.

    Do you mean these settings:

    Without exact information about your installed Avira version (free or paid), current Avira version? and information about your installed OS (exact version with last update) we cannot give any instructions.

    I have the same problem. I do not use avira I never installated it but still it occured every time and tells me that my PC is under danger how do I stop this popping up forever

    We cannot get a picture with the information you have given us. 
    Premium customers with a valid licence and correct registration can contact the Avira support team directly from the Avira customer account under "SUPPORT": via email, support chat and (in some cases) telephone.
    Avira is subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR and can only be processed in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. GDPR-compliant by email via your Avira customer account.

    Here in the publicly accessible forum it is technically not possible to contact us by e-mail, only posts can be made here. You have already contacted Avira and the Community several times. Duplicate requests will only prolong the processing time. Thank you for your understanding.
