    The community is a publicly accessible forum, personal data can neither be questioned nor processed here in accordance with the Data Protection GDPR. Questions about your registration data and settings for your Avira access data can unfortunately only be processed by the support team via your customer account by email in accordance with the GDPR. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account.

    Please check your registration, your access data and the login to the PWM.
    When logging in to the Avira Password Manager, please note that it has two levels:

    • Login via Avira account data (email address + password).
    • Verification of the login with the master password

    Check if this is correct.

    Check your 2FA details, did you have a verification of your email address and did the 2FA login work before?
