Avira keeps deleting programs despite exceptions
TerminéeWell, i'm doing mining on my PC, so i installed Pheonix miner but after trying many times to re-add the miner's program ("PhoenixMiner.exe") into the exception list avira keep putting it into quarantine:
I've tried many things, re-installing the program with avira real-time security disabled and then add it to exception list, i even added the folder where its located to the exception list, but anyway avira keeps putting it to quarantine.

- Installed OS, (Exact version with version number, current updates).
- Avira version ( Free, Pro, Prime ... exact description)
Have you ever looked for "PUA"?
Have you already had the programme checked?

Oh sorry, i'm under Windows 10 Pro 21H1 and i'm using the latest version of Free Avira Security.
I'm not sure to understand what you mean when you say if i already looked for PUA.
And no, I did not have the program checked by avira.

Hello,
I'm having the exact same problem with bittorrent.
Avira keeps putting it under quarantine. Says I don't have permission while I have full control and I'm the only user admin.
I don't know why or how but I could download it but now still can't execute it, saying I don't have permissions.
Then Avira loads up and says it has placed it under quarantine.
I'm under Windows 11 21H2 and up to date.
I tried everything above, admin permissions etc. Nothing works. It is quite annoying.
