Refund of the second payment for the Avira Optimization Suite
TerminéeOn August 18, 2021 I ordered a renewal of the Avira Optimization Suite. I received an email right after ordering informing "That your order is a few steps away of being completed".
Therefore I assumed, that the order was not accepted, maybe because of the credit card used. I had problems with the Amex card to get on my account.
Therefore I ordered a second time with another credit card.
However, later I received by email 2 invoices. One for the first purchase with Referenznummer 289xxxxxx and Rechnungsnummer AKD-73xxxxxxxxx in the amount 49.29 $, dated 18.08.2021 and for the second purchase with Referenznummer 289xxxxxx and Rechnungsnummer AKD-73xxxxxxxxx in the amount of 49.29 $, dated 20.08.2021.
I contacted Cleverbridge for the refund of the 2nd. order. They informed me, I should contact Avira for the refund.
Please refund the 2nd. order at you convenience. The first one is now in use.
