Setting up Avira,

I have just purchased Avira, and I cannot set it up. I am following the instructions and am at 2nd step to give my Mac access to Avira. I have followed the steps - gone into system preference and given full disc access to Avira scan service and Avira Security helper, and restarted my Mac, and I can see that access was granted in the Privacy full disc access part. But I cannot move on from the set up page. It says I should click on later, which is not on the page and also the 'all done' did not light up. So I can't leave the page, and each time I click on the Avir icon, it takes me back to that page and tell me to give access which I have done. This is very annoying and I need to confirm that I have an antivirus in the next two days. Please help! Thanks
