Problems Setting up Avira on Catalina

I am attempting to set up/activate a fresh download of Avira Security (ver 1.7.5) on my MacBook Air running Catalina (ver 10.15.17).
(I have a Pro account, running Avira Antivirus Pro 4.2.0.11 on my other machines which are still running Mojave)

Setup instructs me to grant permissions in System Preferences -> Privacy -> Full Disk Access, no problem; but the "All Done" button remains greyed out, cannot complete the install.

Tried uninstalling/reinstalling, no difference.

Am I missing something?

  Same problem here. I only get one of the options requested to give full disk access, can't find the other one to add manually and can't move forward on the setup. Had to uninstall and use other antivirus.
  (Sidenote: Even this forum doesn't work right. Had to use chrome since the "submit" button doesn't even show up on Firefox :| )
