Payment $113 came out but no software used
TerminéeI don't have avira premium installed yet you took a payment yesterday from my account so please either email me direct link for premium download and key or add to my account so I can download since its paid for or delete account and refund.
Please provide email for contacting and why the disconnect from offering a contact number or email?

Your descriptions are difficult to understand.
You have ordered and paid for a license. So log in to your account with the email address that was used to order the license. Did you buy this license in the Avira online shop?
Every subscription purchased in the Avira Online Shop is assigned to a customer account, which is always registered to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.Please log in to your customer account at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home,
at https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
the already activated license will be displayed and can be installed immediately from there.With this e-mail address of your order, your activated license will be displayed in your customer account. The license is not activated on the e-mail address used for this posting. Make sure you use the correct one if you have entered several licenses in your customer account.

I haven't heard back yet about a refund. Never got a email reminding like they promised in the beginning either. REFUND ASAP, I will comment on every post here until you guys acknowledge me and issue my refund!
