I can install Prime software for 5 devices I recently bought to all my devices which have different email addresses.Please assist
TerminéeKindly note that I recently (on the 9/9/2021) bought the Prime software for 5 devices,downloaded and installed them to only 2 of my 5 devices having the same email address. Until now I am not able to download and install the software to the other 2 devices I have, which have different email address. Please advise what is to be done as my aim, when purchassing Prime software, is to protect all my 5 devises with the software. Many thanks

We can't really understand your request. You can install 5 devices with your license. You have purchased a license that is activated on your email address. Then you can install the activated license from your email address to different OS: Mac, iOS and Android, see:

From this email address, you can continue to use all OS (5) with your email address (activated license). You let other devices use your license.
