    Unfortunately, we can't say anything without precise information about the installation. We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data cannot and must not be processed here according to the GDPR.
    We do not have access to or information about your account, the exact version of the license, your OS nor your installation. With the support team, the exchange of your installation can be done GDPR-compliant via email.
