    Hello John,

    We will try to help you with the installation on your new device.
    Please log in to   https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/home
    with the e-mail address you used when ordering and the password you chose for your Avira customer account in your new device (your access data for Avira).

    Under Subscriptions  https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plans
    your license should be displayed with the note INSTALL. Clicking on this initiates the process and the installation of your activated license should begin.
    Your license has been activated immediately under the e-mail address of your order and remains connected to it, no matter on which device you use your subscription.

    Unfortunately, you did not tell us which OS is installed on your device and which Avira version should be reinstalled.
    If something is still unclear, please contact us, we will be happy to help. Please describe exactly where it does not work, we will try everything to get your license on the new device.
