Premium paid account hacked -> SUPPORT gave new account and now I STOPPED LICENSE BUT MY CREDIT CARD STILL DEDUCTED!!!!
TerminéeMy account was hacked and the team gave me a new license after I was able to provide the number of the invoice.
They told me they cannot remove the hacker from my hacked account but gave me a new account.
I ENSURED that my new account has the RECURRING PAYMENT SWITCHED OFF.
NOW MY CREDIT CARD IS STILL DEDUCTED AND MY NEW ACCOUNT GIVEN IS NOT A PREMIUM ACCOUNT ANYMORE. PROBABLY MY MONEY IS PAYING FOR THE PREVIOUS HACKED ACCOUNT SEEING AS TO HOW MY CURRENT ACCOUNT IS NOT EXTENDED AND NOT PREMIUM.
Please contact me IMMEDIATELY to rectify this ERROR. I DO NOT WANT TO BE PAYING FOR AN ANTIVIRUS SITE THAT ISNT ABLE TO EFFECTIVELY HANDLE HACKERS.
