[BUG - 10/07/2021] No Prime status activation possible

Dear Community,

Unfortunately, there is currently a bug on some systems that prevents activation of the Prime status despite an active subscription.

Our development team is currently working on an update for this behavior and will release it as soon as possible.

  Update:

  We were experiencing an issue with Avira Prime that was showing as Avira Free for some of our customers. The issue has been fixed – please restart your PC and you should see Avira Prime on your device again. We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused.
