What does "Avira onDemand File Scanner" do?

Hi,

I think my neighbor hacked my laptop. I have terrible freezes, the CPU, Memory are 100% loaded. It is stoping my work, because I'm working from home. The full scan did not gave any results, he is using some kind of vulnerability, but I do not have enough technical knowledge to understand which one. Recently, I discovered a strange behavior of the "Avira onDemand File Scanner". Can avscan.exe launch 3 "Avira onDemand File Scanner" processes at once. They are  using 180 Mbit of Memory?

I am using on Windows 10 home version. I have snapshot of task manager.
