TerminéeI just signed up for your free service a few days ago. Now, I cannot log in. First it tells me that my user name is incorrect, then it tells me that my password is incorrect. At this point, I'd like to know which IS incorrect, so I know where to begin from. Either that, or start all over completely.
Is there an easy way to figure this out? My email address is E-mail address removed (OR E-mail address removed depending on how your software feels that day). Thanks for your help.

We do not have access to the data you use to log in to Avira.
Only the customer has access to the self-selected access data.
Delete your access data and create new ones. You have installed the free Avira Free, so you have not purchased a licence.Many greetings
