UI bug in Crypto feature of Avira Prime? Backend issue?

Hi. I have a license copy of Avira Prime. However, today, when starting up Avira I have had very inconsistent and buggy results with the Crypto feature ... first problem is that the Crypto sometimes never shows up in the Aivra UI. This is interiment. Not sure why. Second problem is that when it does show up, I can't select the "I agree" to the EULA to proceed to the next page with the functionality. It just refreshes the same page. It's like the button is disabled. I thought it might be "dialing home" to a server, but my internet appears fine. I don't know if Avira has a "outage reporting" status page, but if so, I'd love to know if something is going on with the backend. The crypto mining isn't a critical feature for me, but I found it intriguing to offer it up to users.
