Avira Password Manager in Chrome

Every time I start Chrome it prompts me to install the Avira Password Manager add-on.

I do not want it because, all due respect for Avira, I already have a password manager.

I booked it from installing in Firefox and it has never prompted me to install since, but Chrome prompts me every time I start it.

How do I stop the Avira Password Manager add-on from constantly trying to install on Chrome.

  Unfortunately, you have not given us any information about your installed OS or the installed Avira version.

  Have you already carried out the following instructions? See:

  Hi,

  I have Avira Security 1.1.56.240.83 and Windows 10, with all the latest updates, and Chrome 95.0.4638.54 (Official Build) (64-bit).

  I do remove Avira Password Manager as an extension to Chrome, but when I later relaunch Chrome I get: "Error" "New extension added (Avira Password Manager)".

  This happens every time.

  "Disable the standard built-in password manager in your browser"

  I did that ages ago. I never trusted browsers to save passwords. I have another password manager which is why I do not need Avira's.
