I cannot install Avira Phantom VPN on MacOS Monterey

I tried to reinstall my Avira Phantom VPN on my Macbook Pro after updating to macOS Monterey 12.0.1 I cannot open the installer inside the Disk Image. Does anyone know when this will be fixed or if anyone else is still having the same issue?

  I have also some issues with phantom vpn on macOS monterey. It will not create a vpn connection. It worked before the system update.
