paid subscription for mobile but avira product does not work and cannot get an email sent to company to ask why

Please log into your Avira customer account with the email address you used to purchase the subscription.
After that, you will see your license at
https://my.avira.com/en/dashboard/subscriptions/tabs/plansIf nothing is displayed, then you are not logged in with the email address with which you purchased the license.
Each subscription purchased in the Avira online store is assigned to a customer account, which is always assigned to the email address used for the purchase and is automatically activated under this email address.We are a publicly accessible forum, personal data can and may not be questioned or processed here according to Data protection GDPR. Questions about your license or payment processing can only be handled by the support team via your customer account via email in accordance with GDPR. Unfortunately, we do not have access to your customer account.
You will know with which email address you ordered the subscription - and which Avira version.
