my prime subscription

It seems you don't like that people take contact to the support .If this stays like this then i have to review my membership .
Yesterday i make a prime subscription .I had already the free Avira instal .Now it seems that the prime version is not get working even i downloaded it several time .Thay always say instal I also don't know if my VPN is working or what is working at all .I downloaded Phantom VPN but is this for desktop too or only for mobile ?? I see the phantom here on tp but it is limited for 500 mb i think this is only for free Avira and not for prime ???
So could you give me some guidance about your product ?, do i have to delete everything and instal then the prime again ?? how could i see that everything is working ??,

It is unfortunate that you are having problems with the installation and with access to support.
Unfortunately, you did not provide any information about your installed OS.Premium customers with a valid license can contact the support team directly:

The support team has access to your account and can help you with installation questions, from there they can also check your installation.

Have you removed the old Avira version before installing Prime?

If VPN is limited to 500 MB, then the version Prime is not correctly activated with VPN.

I'm having the same problems with my TP-Link Prime account as well for the same reasons I suspect. I've been trying to load it on my phone as well as my ipad and the VPN says it is a trial version only.
I believe the laptop version is on correctly....

We do not fully understand your request. With a correct installation, no trial version should be displayed.
Important are the OS during the installation of the Prime version.
