TerminéeHello, even though I have cancelled my subscription a few days before my free trial ended, Avira still tried to charge my card. As I have a limit put on my card, it didn't work, but Avira still tries to charge my card every other day. How can I stop this?

Probably the cancellation of the trial version did not run correctly.

Hi, I have cancelled correctly. On my subscriptions page it says: No active subscriptions. My contact reference number is 306828442
