LOCK" FEATURE DOESNT WORK MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES BEFORE IT UNLOCKS THE APPS ON ITS OWN W/O WARNING, SENT OVER THIS EXPLANATION AND SCREEN SHOTS AND VERSIONS OF MY OPERATING SYSTEM & THE AVIRA APP. AND CONFIRMED ALL IS UP TO DATE. EVERYTIME I CALL YOUR 800 # I'M ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINUTES, AS A MATTER OF FACT THE AUTO. RECORDING WHILE ON HOLD SAYS THEY ARE BUSY BUT THAT I CAN GO TO INSTANT LIVE CHAT ONCE I LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, WHICH IS NOT TRUE, THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE, WHAT A DISGRACE AVIRA HAS MADE OF THIS ENTIRE ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
