Lost my password

Hi,

I recently updated my windows, unfortunately, Chrome wasn't performing well after that so I cleared the cache of the user and restarted the laptop. Resulting, I have lost the saved password in the user and now I cannot remember. My site is based on a certain location and I should edit/update using the same IP, how do I recover the password?
