I have been trying to cancel my subscription for the last 2 years. When I go into my account it says I don’t have any subscription but you have taken money out of my account for the last 2 years and I want a refund!!

  Douglas - take care of using the correct credentials to administrate your subscription. Due to GDPR regulations, we're not able to edit any customer details in public.

  Note: Even if your previously used email address isn't active anymore you can use it to log in to your previous Avira account to cancel your subscription.
