New subscription pays more than the promotion and cannot be found to activate
In 2018 I started working with AVIRA, in the details of my account it appears only the payments of 2018 and 2019 nothing else, being that it is registered as an automatic renewal.
On Thursday 9/12/2021 a new subscriptios was discounted from my credit card and I do not see it detailed to activate in my account.
The amount paid for the new subscription is U$S 99.99 ande yet on your page it appears with a lower price U$S79.99. How do you explain that to me?
I pay faithfully every year and is it more expensive than buying it at the moment.
I appreciate the solution of these problems, otherwise I will be forced to make unpleasant decisions. You have my data, I want you to send me an answer through my e-mail as soon as possible. Thanks
